VERY HAPPY WITH IT SINCE ITS ARRIVAL, LOOKS LIKE NEW, ALL PARTS ARE OEM, THE POLISHED IS WAY BRIGHTER THAN MY OTHER GT BULLBURNISHED, THAT IS THE FIRST THING I NOTICED, THE FORK WORKS GREAT BUT NEED SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP IT WORKING WELL FOR SOME YEARS. IT WILL BE USED ON SUNDAYS MOSTLY.

My first Cannondale MTB, had it for just under a year and recently sold it to my sister who has it now under probation in West Kerry. I bought the Killer V900 to replace this. It still has its original XT group set except for the brakes which have been changed to LX. I use to use this bike as a hybrid and had Kojack's fitted.
Original paintwork, I have fitted this bike with NOS marzocchi bomber Z1's It is equipped with XTR brakes and XT groupset.
Purchased this frame set from the UK recently, Original painnt work. Decided to build this up as a hybrid runabout and equipped with Shimano 105 group set.
I traded an 84 Trek 620 for this bike. It's got Suntour Superbe brakes and calipers; Suntour downtube shifters; Suntour Cyclone II FD; Suntour GPX RD(i believe this to be a replacement); Suntour Superbe pedals with Christophe clips and straps; Cinelli stem and bars along with the usual Laprade stem under the Specialized saddle i scored for free from my LBS a while back.

After riding the F2000 for a few thousand kilometres I decided to swap frames again. The F700 is lighter and, to my surprise, has a different geometry (e.g. longer top tube) even though both frames have the same size.
I've ridden the F2000 for a rather short time (approx. 3 1/2 months) but it has been to the Alps, a 12 hour race and a mountain bike marathon in that short period. It's a fun ride and I'm pretty sure to keep it. Just in case...
This bike was repainted creamy -yellow immediately after buying as R1000 frameset in 1995.
Rose mark is one of my trade-marks because this is arranged as \"ROSE THORN\" in uniform of my road race team.
With this bike, I used to get high prizes in road time trial races, for example SHIMANO SUZUKA.
I exchanged MAVIC bullhorn handlebar to normal shallow type drop handle bar, and started hard and basic training for win!

She was built in September of 86 but sold as an 87. 56cm. As of this week I've had her for six weeks and have put well over 600 miles on her without a hitch. Found on craigslist for $250.
This was my very first Cannondale that I purchased at The Bicycle Shop in State College, Pennsylvania in 1989.
