Downgrade: Grimeca alu wheels with... carbon decals. :)
Upgrade: Crossmax SLR wheels, self painted stem
(Patriot Blue - 50cm): The final year aluminum Cannondale ever made, in the USA. Great handling bike, with Shimano Ultegra 6600 gruppo and Mavic Ksyrium SSC/SL3 wheelset. The rare, 310g Si fork is hand-made by TIME, in France. Did my very first Century, on this bike. Weighs 17.66 pounds/7.8kg, as shown.
(Slate Grey/Purple/Black - Medium): I rode this climbing rocket for three years, while first learning to ride a MTB. I bought this bike complete from a semi-pro XC racer, for $1200!(he needed money BADLY). Weight as shown, is 19.89 pounds/9.02kg. As a result - I am a lightweight bike fanatic now. The incredible Optimo(2003-2006) frame alone, weighs a mere 3.3 pounds/1.5kg.....lighter than Titanium. I previously got the bike at it's lowest weight(with pedals) at 18.53 pounds/8.40kg, with...
(LaGrange Velo Team Issue - 52cm): Rare Helen's Cycles/LaGrange Velo Club paint scheme is one of 50 made, in 2007. Weight with Look KEO Carbon ti pedals, is 15.77 pounds/7.15kg. With tapered full carbon steer tube and one-piece, High-Modulus carbon front triangle and CAAD9 rear - this bike is still stiffer than: -2010 Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL2 -2011 Cervelo R3 -2011 Scott Addict R1 -2010 Giant TCR Advanced SL Maximum downhill speed attained, is 54.4mph/87.5km....rock-solid and...

2003 f500 with full XT and Magura Julie discs .
Finest . Road . Bike . EVER .
This 58cm Black Lightning was the 3rd bike built at the Bedford, Pennsylvania factory on February 27th of 1989. It's in pretty original condition except for the seat post handle bars and crankarm chainrings. I'm planing on switching out the seat post to a black carbon fiber one but was wondering if any of you know what handlebars were used on this bike and if they could still be purchased.

I have no idea what kind of bike this is. It says M200LE but I have never found one that looks like this.If anyone knows could you email me? I have looked in all of the Cannondale catalogs and cannot find this bike. I want to restore it to its original glory, but I cant if I do not know what it used to look like. linanavalia@rocketmail.com I love cannondales!!

enjoy my small c´dale collection. some of them are not vintage but nice, anyway.
1987 Cannondale SR500 (63cm) I picked up on Craigslist off a guy in Long Island. He kept it in beautiful shape and it was great to ride with the 105 components. Then I ripped everything off, put on a 2013 SRAM Force groupset, quill stem converter with a new stem and Ritchey bars, Ritchey seatpost, and a new rear wheel. The original front wheel remains.

Just a couple months ago I became a proud cannondale biker. I bought this blue pearl from a guy that brought this bike over to Brazil just to sell it. The only thing I know about her past is that she was in FL and was acquired in a yard sale. By the looks of this bike, she has been forgotten in the attic for one decade, as even the brake pads were original diacomp ones. Judging by the few scraches and the clipless pedals, one of the previous owners has had some nice rides with this bike. But...
