Hello y'all!
I'm new to this group and need help about a recent Canondale I've brought 700c with adjustable B/B

Is it rare?
What year?
What model head shox?

Thank you any information would be great.
I've never seen one in this colour or any information anywhere about it on Google

I have been busy stripping and cleaning it. Going to spray it up like F800 colour, make it look like a 700c Volvo team bike but not sure if I should as could be rare frame? as says Canondale Street on frame and no information about this bike or these colours anywhere on Google.
Non disc frame non disc forks aswel.

I don't remember the model but it looks to be basically similar to 2000 and up F series frames. Odd that it has no CAAD decals. Perhaps has already been repainted.

Thanks for information, yeah very stressful as no other decals apart from Canondale and Street does say CAAD on the frame where seat post goes into to aswel but that's about it.
Maybe It has already been sprayed before then? Thanks for helping

There was a Street Headshok in 2003, only available in Europe. But that frame had loops of about 1" in diameter on the undersides of the seat stays. No prominent CAAD decals on it either. No Street model in the 2004 USA catalog, but perhaps it was in the European catalog. Check the bar code sticker for the letter code which gives year of manufacture.

Can't find serial number on frame absolute nightmare this frame is turning out to be as don't know if to spray it or not lol

It should have a bar code sticker on the underside of the bottom bracket shell. It will have an alpha/numeric series - the first letter is the year of manufacture.

Nope no sticker and very hard to see the frame number stamp aswel looks like it may have been painted already then

Could be but it seems unlikely for someone to have bothered to come up with the Street decal for the top tube. I couldn't begin to tell you how many anomalies of a similar nature have shown up here. It's especially common for them to show up in Europe and the UK for some reason.

Did you look at the catalog pictures of the 2003 Street? Any evidence that the loops I mentioned have been removed on your frame? I don't know what the loops were for, guessing some sort of accessory, rack, bags, etc.

That looks as if someone welded in a mount for a kickstand. Definitely doesn't look to be Cannondale weld/finish quality. I don't know much about the urban models but those cable guides don't look right either. There is a rectangular outline in the paint that is probably remnants of the adhesive for the bar code sticker.

That looks like a repaint to me. The serial number sticker might even still be there embedded in in paint from someone too lazy to tape over it.

I'm going upload loads of pictures of this frame later today as it's crazy and I think your right it could be a welded and chopped up and sprayed up in the past lol. I paid £10 for the complete bike and started stripping her down and getting so confused as doing it as I'm sure cable guides not Canondale either as not in a straight line and a full outter gear cable goes all the way to rear mech with cable guides and cable ties lol
