One of the most beautyfull roadrunner!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also one of the most efficient.... I'm soo sad to see that those bikes disappeared from the Cannondale line, the headshok system fit perfectly this bike. And because I live close to famous Tour de France climb as the Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden or Hautacam, I'm able to tell you it is nice to ride on it and an unbelievable pleasure to do downhill on it!!!

I had this frame NOS since 1999. I was a former Cannondale employee and bought it after seeing it laying around the repair department. Never new what to do with it... Tried to sell it several times without success. And by chance, I found on eBay, in december 2010, the original fork also NOS. I bought it then rebuild the frame. I choose the components to match the Sobe/Headshok team bikes as they used this color for it in 1998. The only exotic product is the wonderfull Syncros Headshok stem...

Allmost NOS!!
I bought my '96 Cannondale Killer V from my local bike shop. I replaced the Pepperoni for with a Rockshox Mag 21. I raced it a couple of times but mostly just rode the trails. I just pulled it out of storage a few months ago where its been for the last 6 years. I'm upgrading the components since they're all still the Shimano LX stuff from way back then. I'm keeping the Mag 21 though. I really like the way it handles. I recently tried a full suspension bike but quickly when back to my Killer...

My new Cannondale bought yesterday. Needs a little work. The front delta V fork don't seem to loose preasure but it moves only by 2cm and tops out very noisy. Rear damper is tolaty worn and need to be replaced so i have to start searching, what i think would not be easy.

My new project. Bought last month in very bad visual condition. Technicaly not so bad, but headshok dd50 is without cartridge and all parts needs cleaning. The key is to go under 10 kilos. I have already bought coda tarrantula cranks to replace heavy Deore LX and Selle italia Flite saddle. Still searching for fork or cartridge for him, and lightweight wheels on DT 240s or CODA 900. I have to replace beautyfully and light CODA 900 brake levers with XT BL-M739 because coda's are cantilever...
Bought in 1991 at Noe Valley Cyclery in San Francisco. Remained pretty much stock until 2010, when a shifter wore out. I decided to upgrade the shifters, then every component down to the bottom bracket & hubs, from their Shimano Deore DX/LX level to XT from the same period/group. I also replaced the Ritchey Logic fork with a Pepperoni I found on a popular online auction site; it happened to have the same paint scheme as my bike. The only component I didn't upgrade was the headset...
