cannondale contro 4 city/urban. all original apart from slightly oversized chainwheel and clip pedals and so happy with it!
love the unique frame design and grey/blue colour scheme, get comments most times i ride it.
like the rigid lefty but would love to swap on a lefty Oliver if i can figure it out sometime, just to take the harshness off the front end on less than perfect road surfaces...

flat bar was a 1988 that was stolen in west palm beach flordida, had mostly 105 drive and brakes apart from shifters and levers which were Sora (?). rode very well with the flat bar!
drop bar; only frame is original all drive components shimano 105 5800 with cannondale C3 seatpost, stem and bar.
rides great and looks even better!

Just a cool build I slapped together with some parts I had laying around .took it for a ride this morning and just as expected it was super fun , another bike that I could just about ride all day
This F2000 has been with me since July 1998, some updates, but I have most of the original parts still.
This started when I got the frame of ebay - it was so neglected it had spiders eggs in the tubes and mud from whenever it was last used
Also at some stage and without a seat post clamp being fitted - the top of the seat post had been bashed/dropped and one of the tangs was bent in - If you want to know how I made it good - email me!
The frame bearings were rusted and the rear arm was showing more bare alloy that paint
I did the rear swing arm in black hammerite carefully masking the...

The Street X doesn't even feature in the catalogues, but it is a really nice Cyclocross/Gravel bike with front suspension and disc brakes. Wish there was more info about it!
Finally a new project goes on...
I found an 85th 26/24 Inch frameset on eBay.com, which was in a horrible state...
Despite of the that, I couldn´t resist to buy this one because it is nearly impossible to find an early Cannondale in 26/24 Inch version here in Germany...
I have a SM 700 from 1986 in yellow already, so this one should get a different color. I decided to get it a anthrazit paintjob like the SM 500 and to rebuild this with the lovely bullmoose bar...
went from wearing the “ Eddie Bauer “ metallic burgundy with champagne decals to transforming into quite a classy Fred dropper .

Deore) and brakes (Avid 2.0 L) from the drawer, Mavic CrossRoc UST wheels, seatpost Ritchey Superlogic Carbon, saddle Selle Italia C2 from old project, Cannondale stem and Cannondale Fire handlebars from rebuilded F700sl. Salsa grips and bidon. Rubena Scylla Racing Pro 2.1'' Tyres. Weight 10,7 kg.
Still better bike, than new Badboy with Alivio groupset :)
