Seller's notes (verbatim) when I bought the bike: "'86 came Yellow and Green but late in the production year some came in next year color, the SM600 became the SM800 in 87, hence the Hot Pink."

Purchased brand new by me in July 1993 (model year 1994) and still have the owner's manual and sales receipt. Only original components are the frame, stem, fork, seat post clamp, Force 40 brake cams and blue anodized CODA cantilever brakes, Shimano LX brifters and the front derailleur. The rest of the bike has been upgraded. Custom twisted-spoke wheelset built in 1996 by Earl's Cyclery & Fitness in Burlington, Vermont. ...

1991 SH 600 I recently got from eBay 'Kleinanzeigen' in Germany. Cable guides are loose, tyres are old and flat but otherwise no major issues. Provisionally mounted vintage SKS Olympic fenders which suit very well I think. Comments are appreciated Edit: bad luck – the fenders don't fit.. luckily found these vintage bags online for a few quid. Recently mounted Continental Contact Speed tyres to hit the road finally.

Built up by RCCARDR starting with a 1987 Mint Green Team Comp frame and steel fork. NOS Dura Ace 7400 period-correct components, Pacenti wheels, Jagwire cabling, 8 speed downtube shifters, Time Mag Criterium pedals, etc.
This is my travelbike, commuting bike and grocery bike. I bought the frame and fork for 50 dollar, the chris king set for 60 dollar. Because of the non index tubeshifters i can mount anything on this bike. And so I do! There's currently some ten speed stuff on it with an eleven speed chain. The ultegra crank is from a friend's crash. The campa veloce front brake too. The frame is incredibly strong, hard and stiff. Even fully packed on vacation it stays straight as an arrow. It doesn't flex...
Cannondale systemsix team barloworld replica. The last handmade... It gained some weight over the years ;-) Setup is campagnolo record 10 speed with si hollowgram crankset. On this bike Soler won the polkadot jersey in the tour de france 2007(see pictures)

Bought this bike in 1990 - and refurbished it with new tubes last week. The bike is almost all original equipment with only a new saddle and tubes for the tires!

Had virtually the same bike in the late 80's. Put a lot of miles on that bike riding fire roads in California. Awesome fun!

cannondale contro 4 city/urban. all original apart from slightly oversized chainwheel and clip pedals and so happy with it! love the unique frame design and grey/blue colour scheme, get comments most times i ride it. like the rigid lefty but would love to swap on a lefty Oliver if i can figure it out sometime, just to take the harshness off the front end on less than perfect road surfaces...
my 2 black lightning's flat bar was a 1988 that was stolen in west palm beach flordida, had mostly 105 drive and brakes apart from shifters and levers which were Sora (?). rode very well with the flat bar! drop bar; only frame is original all drive components shimano 105 5800 with cannondale C3 seatpost, stem and bar. rides great and looks even better!
