I don't have any specific recommendation. I usually buy touch up paint at the hobby shop, have had some luck with fingernail polish. Sometimes have to mix two colors to get a decent match. John Deere yellow with a bit of white might make a close match for Team Yellow.

Decal style looks more like 2003/2004 to me. I have the USA catalogs for those years but not the European ones. Check your bottom bracket shell for a bar code sticker. If it's there, you should be able to determine the model year, at least within 1 year. I'm not clear if the bar code year...

My guess is that the thieves sit on them for a while before selling. Really organized crooks might move them to another city for resale. They don't seem to be very common, none currently listed on eBay, 5 sold in the USA in the past 3 months...

Frame series doesn't appear to be listed on the 1995 frames. I thought there was probably a decal but my M900 doesn't have one.
