Bought this bike 2008 from a guy who had never rode it in anger. I think he cycled to shop once to buy some milk in 2000. It was in mint condition when I got it.
It had sat in his garage for about 8 years, he said he liked to look at it. Eventually his wife told him to get rid of it.
I still use it on trails and fast single track.
F2000 purchased brand new in 1998 for my 18 years ! some updates like beautiful Mavic Crossmax and Flite Titanium (best saddle ever). Now 14 years and still like new.

Bought this bike end of 1988. It might have been the first Cannondale in Belgium. I used it mainly for Trial Biking and Trial demonstrations at Mountain Bike events.
It was sold after 5 years of heavy use and replaced by a large collection of other Cannondale's.
Last year I had an opportunity to buy it back from the second owner.
I am now hunting for parts to bring it back in its original configuration.

- Suntour XCD Rear derailleur
- Dia Compte...
not to sure but i think it is a 1993 # is E L 7722 07572F5W19 i have searched to find one like it but have not found one yet any one know for sure what year it is ??
This beginner Cannondale F6 (bought it new in Calgary), survived all the cool tracks in Moab! I've brought it to switzerland, becouse it was a loyal bike on our 9 Month trip thru the wild west in Canada and the USA. Now it's based in Budapest for my tours in hungary.
XT Wheel hubs, Race Face Deus XC, XT-Derailleur, XT-Cartridge, Avid Juicy Seven Disc-Brakes, RST Deuse Fork - not to mutch left from a F6 ;-)
This is a custom build which used a 2000 F700 frame as a base. It's built up with Deore disc brakes, rear derailleur, and shifters. It's also got RaceFace cranks and a Forte carbon bar. In the future I'd like to switch out the drivetrain for XT and maybe upgrade to Mavic rims. For now though, it's just plain fun to ride.
My new 1997 F 700 cad 2 just picked up on C-list. Rides like it is brand new. It is amazing what people have in their garages and are willing to part with so cheap. My trusty 1985 SM 600 in the background. 26/24. Coolest bike around.
97 model I believe. Good shape, some components changed at some point, great rider, this is the bike I ride most. Large frame, a good fitting bike for me and light!
