custom built with 950 Shimano XT, Syncros and some Coda parts. Plus first serie's CrossMax wheels...as I've been riding them in the 90ies :-)
My bike is still a working progress, she spent a few years on the hook because I let work get in the way. But now I am proud to say that she is now back in full active duty. Anyway upgrades are 2004 manitou minute one shock, sunrims rino lites, hayes dics brakes/ upgraded all cables to mcguire and aztec, new stem and headset various others. I am now in the process of making her an 8 speed. Also if any one out there has a n xtr rear cantilever brake I am in need wlawson25@yahoo.ca.
Purchased the frame recently and assembled it to play on. It will now be stripped again to enable powder-coating as the old paintwork is looking rather tired. I have located some decals on e-bay, but cannot find ones that state the model :-(
This is a 99.5 model year bike. Cannondale released this bike mid season, it was the first ever bike to feature a lefty. It is a tiny bit different from the 2000 year bike, mainly in that it never came with stickers on the top tube with a model name. I replaced the Coda brakes with hope minis, The pedals were DMR V12's, and the Bar was swapped out with an Azonic double wall. I had a Fizik Nissine cow hide saddle on there with ti rails for a few years, but it went bald so the original...
shimano 105 front & rear derailleurs and cranks. rsx brakes and sti shifters (new old stock shifters and rear brake) kestrel ems carbon fork selle san marco saddle specialized dirt bag really soft dimension stem profile design bars fizik bar tape mavic cxp11 rims laced with dt swiss spokes to cannondale coda hubs(after market) continental gp 4000 rear tire and maxxis detonator front tire not bad for only $250 off craigslist (excluding new bar tape shifters tires saddle and wheel set)
Frame and Pepperoni forks are 1993 M700, probably replaced after an accident. S/N & colour (black, fading to dark green) are correct for a '93 M700 but Shimano Deore LX gruppo is all 1990 spec except that front rim (now a Sun Chinook) and stem (Kalloy Dirt Research) were also replaced. Seat was missing when I got it but seat in picture is a Vetta, like the stock saddle was. Still has Odyssey Aerator seat post/tire pump. Had stock Shimano Deore LX pedals but now has Wellgo WPD-95B's, SPD...
My first C'dale, the lightest bike i ever own. 99% original, only seat and handlebars are new.

I thought you might like a photo of my 1986 SM700 for the website. I've had a lot of fun looking at all these great bikes. My bike was yellow from new, but my brother resprayed it for me in the late 90's. He worked as a bike sprayer in the UK at the time. I kind of regret not keeping it yellow now, but pink was the colour from a year or so after mine and I thought it would put macho hoodlums off stealing it! It had been nicked once but returned thanks to an eagle eyed policeman. What are the...

I obtained this frame very cheap. And I polished frame, making the old logo sticker, and sticked it. I think this bike to have been assembled in the modern style. I like this very much. Is this suitable in SR400? Serial number is 54070787189. Please teach when someone understands. thanks
This is my owned from new 1997 Super V 900 Free Ride, purchased 1st quarter 1998. This is a limited edition bike I'm unaware of it being sold outside of the UK maybe someone knows more. Rumor at the time of purchase was less than 20 were available It's rare! Will confuse many Dale heads as they try to place and date the kit (never appeared in a catalogue). Frame and swing arm all original in factory paint. Pictures included to show decal's that help date it. Frame year is Sept 1997 with...

Awesome bike, I still ride it all the time. Maintained in perfect condition. Modifications include Galli downtube shifters, TTT bars, and Mavic Open Pro wheels.
