This bike was purchased by me at a local dealer in 1993. I own no other bike. I will not upgrade to a new bike because this one is Made in USA, and there ain't much bikes now made in USA unless you want to pay like over $3k! I paid about $600 for this one. Minor upgrades were made such as seat, tires, handle-bar grips and new derailleur. Although the picture shows most original items, prior to some of the minor upgrades.
Running it now as a quasi-cyclocross with heavier tires It rides beautifully!!!

If anyone wants to make an educated guess to date it, feel free to do so. Otherwise, just enjoy the photos (taken on our local high spot of Cleeve Hill). UPDATE!!! The bike was stolen today (29 Jan 2013) from outside the Cheltenham Leisure Centre between 5.20pm and 6.20pm. I...

I received this bike because Cannondale replaced the first Cannondale Road Bike I had purchased, but I broke the bottom bracket so they said go to the shop and pick out your bike, so I did and this is the bike I still ride 22 years later. Its been updated with new ROL Wheels, a new Carbon-fiber fork, new bars and new stem. The crank is Shimano 600 and the Derailleurs are Dura Ace. I still have the shifters on the down tube, and will never change them, its like riding a wild horse, its fun...
