Vintage 87 criterium, brakes and gears removed for a single speed fixed rear hub break. Different. Bought it as is collecting dust as a project bike.

I love/ride this bike regularly and used it on a cross-country ride in 2014. Also I just replaced my cantilever brakes and needed new bosses and vintage Cannondale was the only place that had 'em. Question: Not sure what model this one is. Back in the day they had a frame replacement policy - so I cracked my 1992 frame and they replaced it with this - not sure what it is - looks like M500? Thanks a ton, Ross

I have to double check but I think my F400 was made in 1999.

This is a 1989 repainted in the colors of a 1987 model (I love this color). I have installed a Richey Threadless Carbon fork/headset. It will eventually get all new shimano 105 components with 11 speeds and new Neugent wheels.

Time to show you my latest purchase. It´s a 87th SM 500 in yellow with customized airbrush. I found this one on eBay US in Newport Beach, California. Looked halfway ok on the pics, so I wrote the owner and persuaded him to take the bicycle apart, box it and ship it to Germany... Here are the eBay pics... Equipped with a mix of Shimano XT 730 / 733 / Suntour front derailleur / IRD seatpost and some other parts. The condition of most of the parts...
