I found a 2000 XR800 in like new condition a few years ago in Indianapolis. I think I've ridden it twice.

Two of my frames are 22" 1991 models. They measure about 55.5 cm center to center, so I'm thinking 54 would be about half way between 20" and 22". I still need to check another frame that's hanging in a tree outside my shop in town. I walked right by it last night when I was there and didn't...

I've forgotten what part we we talking about. Is this it? I could probably attempt to make one. Getting the rivet hole spacing exactly right would probably be the hardest part.

Buy a set. There will be other things that you want to torque. I probably have lots of extras but not sure I could put together a set for all bike related sizes.
