I don't recall the G Star Raw. It is possible that the DT sticker on the rim referred to the spokes rather than the rim.

I don't think there was ever a connection between Sun and DT. Looking at the 2007 Europe catalog, several Bad Boy models came with Cannondale Bad Boy Disc rims. Perhaps they were made by DT. Other Bad Boys came with Mavic A317 or XC-717 rims.

By pinch shape do you mean that the side of the rim is concave? What was the original rim? The USA catalog lists Sun rims on 2007 Bad Boys.

For some touch up work I would try to mix some yellow and orange. It will take some experimenting but I would think you can get it pretty close. I think I have some 1997 Mango which would be close but you can probably come up with something just as good mixing model car paint.
