This bicycle's frame was given to me by the Cannondale Corp. in 2001 to settle a warranty claim on a 1997 Cannondale T500 that had snapped its frame at the right rear dropout. Since it was only a frame, I had to transfer what parts still fit from my 1997 bike (No more down tube shifters or quill stem) to the new bike. Of all those parts, currently, only the front cantilever brakes remain as original 1997 components. Everything else literally wore out from daily use, or was upgraded over...
