Used Synapse Ultegra worth $1500?

Hi all, looking at a Cannondale Synapse Ultegra, unknown year. Found this on Facebook market place and it looks like a good ride but I'm unsure if this is worth the $1500?

Any insight would be great. Thank you.

Paint looks almost identical to the 2017 Synapse Carbon Disc 105 - only problem is the Disc 105 part of the equation. Still looking through the catalogs....

Found it at the Helen's Cycles site. It's a 2016 Synapse Carbon 3. I have a 255 page print copy of the 2016 catalog but the bike doesn't appear there, so evidently a mid year model introduction.

Looks like a great bike to me. The only thing I might change would be to put bigger tires on it. They came with 28 mm tires but I'm not sure if bigger will fit. The later Synapse SE models came with 30 mm tires and the 2018 catalog says that 32 mm tires will fit, but I don't know if the frames changed between 2016 and 2018. Disc models may fit bigger tires, as the calipers are often the rubbing point when trying to them.
