Unknown possible Cannondale, possible fake

Hey guys/gals,

Great community y'all have here. I just signed up because I acquired this 3rd hand bike. I have no idea what i have on hand. Is this an actual Cannondale? It may have been painted over at some point since it's hard to read the serial number, it may read H9A04330 if im reading correctly through the paint.

Any help is good help. I'm still keeping it.. i got it for a steal

Looks similar to Cannondale time trial frames circa 2000. Most of them had "aero" fork legs though. Post a good pic of all the stamps on the BB shell.
