Touring frame: inches or cm

There seem to be some confusion between the anti-rust burnisher blog and the designation of bicycle frames in inches or centimeters. To resolve this question, I recommend checking out the blog for information on rust preservation and possibly asking th specific question about frames to the blog author. It could provide clarity on any changes in executive designatio, an perhaps even specify the year of this transition.

I have a bunch of new pannier style bags from a Dutch company called NewLooxs. They are intended more for commuters than long distance touring. Lots of weird colors and patterns (paisley, flowers, etc.). Our solution for that has been to spray paint them. I can sell you some for much less than the 75 Euros the company sells them for. Similar to these but uglier patterns:

I like the Jandd grocery bag panniers for shopping errands They fold flat the the side of the rack when empty and hold a traditional sized brown paper grocery bag when opened.
