Special edition Bike USA R500-700 3x CAAD3 2004

This bike has been in storage and I have not ridden it since 2006 due to back issues and at 71, I might as well sell it.
According to Cannondale (see attached letter) it was a very limited edition for a bike team or club out of San Diego as it has their website address decal on the bike too.
Anyway it is time to sell it and other than probably should have some new tires put on it, is in very good shape.
Was wondering how much I should ask for it and the best place to list it for sale?

3X is for the triple crank. Sora was a fairly low end parts group, usually on R300s. Looks to be a CAAD4 frame. I would check eBay sales of R300s/R400s. Facebook, Craigslist, eBay are probably the best places to sell.
