I am not sure about the range of years of the Siemens bikes, but there is one pictured in the 2006 catalog. It appears that the CAAD designation doesn't appear on the MTBs after 2003 at least in the catalogs.

There was a Siemens Team Replica F4000 SL in 2004 but the 2004-2006 F4000 SL came with a lefty fork while the F2000 SL had a Headshok. Does your bike have the bar code sticker on the bottom bracket shell? That would at least pin down the year of manufacture. It's not unusual for bikes to show up that aren't in the catalogs. This is especially true of European models. I can tell you that the Mavic rims on your bike came on some 2004 European models. In 2006 the Euro spec Siemens Replica was the F1000 SL.

Looks like your bike is a 2005 Euro spec F1000 SL. I tried to post links but they do not work. Go to our catalog page, cllick on 2005 EU catalog, then click mountain bikes, XC Racing, and F1000 SL. There is a small photo showing the Siemens top tube paint. It's just like your bike.
