I finally picked up the Lefty Max I've been searching for the best deal on but it comes with a Prophet attached.
So my dilemma is this.
Do I keep the frame and build up the Prophet with parts I have? Keep in mind I am not a fan of the Prophet design.
Or do I sell it as frame only. Frame and fork(Headshok Fatty Ultra), or as a roller with frame, fork and a wheelset I have that is and extra to and extra set

i like the blue color. is it the same mate blue (midnight blue w/ patriot blue hyperhighlight blue mate) as on this CAAD5? i guess i'd make the decision depending on how hard it is to get it ever again in a good condition :) if it is possible to get anaother one, maybe even better one soon i'd let it go...
The blue is nice. The bike is a 2005 Prophet according the serial number, which came in Mocha Brown matte, and Patriot Blue gloss in '05 . We'll see how well the bike frame cleans up. I mainly purchased the bike to get the Lefty Max off of it so I can finally get around to putting one on my '04 Jekyll 1000. Granted this is a 140 mm Lefty Max, not the 130 mm that 2004's got, but hey who am I to complain about 10 mm more of front travel.
I also picked up an '09 Mavic Crosstrail Lefty wheelset in black/silver to go with the Lefty on the Jekyll. I always spend more money around Jun/July to buy myself something to celebrate the 4th of July. Why not make it parts to put on my USA made bikes right?

If space isn’t a premium or you have a hole to hide it in, I say keep it.

If you’re just going to sell it then don’t waste any time or parts on it. My opinion based on my recent experiences in selling bikes.

I would sell it if you don't like the design. Wondering if you've ridden one and what you don't like about it.
It is purely a cosmetic dislike of the design. To me it feels like a kluge of different Cannondale designs at the time, Gemini and Jekyll thrown together or if a Super V and Delta V had drunken hook up on Saturday night.
