Hello everyone,

First of all, I would like to say hello. I have been browsing the forum for a long time, but this is my first post.

First of all, am I correct in assuming that my cartridge is a DL70?

Unfortunately, it has seen better days and I will need a few parts. The first one is the shaft from the photo below. Mine is scratched.

The negative spring also got damaged.

And I will need seals. Are these standard sizes that I can get at a sealant store? Or I need to order a set specifically designed for Cannondale?

I don't know the answers to your questions. Craig at Mendon Cyclesmith would.
I'm wondering if the scratches could be polished out - maybe with some fine sandpaper with it spinning in a lathe.

As for scratches, that's the least of my concerns at the moment. As you mentioned, as a last resort, I will gently polish the worn area, and with new seals, it should do the job for a while.

You know how it is, once I've taken everything apart, and the shaft is in good condition and available somewhere, it's good to fix it properly.
