Is this Cannondale CAAD5 Si worth $250?

I want to buy this bike but I don't know if it's worth the cost. I'm confused why it have Shimano 105 and Tiagra? (and if that matters) Also, are the black cranks good?

That's a 2002 R700 Si Triple, definitely worth $250 in decent condition. Looks like it would clean up nicely. Have a good look at the frame for dents, corrosion, and cracks. Components look to be all original. Cannondale often would spec a mixed parts group, typically with a higher level rear derailleur than the rest. I wouldn't worry about the crank.
