Howdy from ST600 owner

Greetings

My first serious bike after a childhood of department store BMX bikes was/is a 1991 ST600 that I ride to this day. Most of her guts have been replaced over the years (hated the GripShifts which never worked very well) but she's still going like a champ as a daily commuter, and recently took me on a tour down Highway 1, steady and reliable.

During a recent overhaul and upgrade.

Looks to be in great shape. I've owned 5 STs but they have all been 80s caliper brake frames.

Loved the '90 ST600 I had.... Starting to love the T900 I have now (still needs some tweaking....).
Have you ever repainted the frame? It looks spotless in the photos!

No repaint, just touchups on any chips and scratches that appear. I park her indoors whenever possible, and do a wash and polish twice a year.
