Help identifying two Cannondales

Hello!

I am wanting to put some bikes for sale, but first I would like to identify them. I’m certain they are probably about 2015… but otherwise unsure.

First pictures are of a Cannondale Caad10 58
Then there is a Cannondale Lefty (I think also 58)

If anyone is able to help identify year or any other important information that would be greatly appreciated!

List of components would be helpful. The F29 looks like it might be a 2015 F29 Carbon 4, just judging by the paint.

I think that the CAAD10 may be a 2013 CAAD10 5. It came with Shimano 105 (5700) 10 speed shifters and derailleurs, Shimano RS-10 wheels, and Tektro R580 brake calipers.
