Hi, I'm Rick. I'm a retired sailor. I just picked up a Cannondale frame from Craigslist for $50. I'm posting photos in the "unknown Cannondale" forum.

I am building the Craigslist Jekyll frame for my Grandson:

If anyone has any parts please contact me! As for myself, I found this for $500:

Thanks BL1987. I currently have a complete frame, a handlebar, and two wheels. It needs everything else. I do have a possible lead on a Dyad rear shock. I'm confident that the front wheel-hub is for a HeadShok. The rear wheel will accept a cassette.

Basically I'll need everything EXCEPT for the wheels, the frame, and the handlebars. Understandingly I'm not too worried about brakes and gears just yet. I might convert to a single front cog, but that will be my Grandson's decision. I do know he likes the 3x7 on his old Jamis Dakar.

Did you get the fork? It seems like a lot of the re-introduced Jekylls (2011 up) came with Fox forks. I think your frame might be a 2012 Jekyll 3. It's hard to read the catalog scan but I think the bike came with Shimano SLX and a triple crank. I have NOS SLX 10 speed shifters and derailleurs here.

The Jekyll's paint gives me a 2012 date also. And there is a circular black sticker with a white numeric "3" on the frame; sounds like a Jekyll 3 to me. I am very new to all this, and have no real idea what you mean by reintroduced. Did the '3' denote a level of componentry?

If you want a good news/bad news. I found a working Fox Dyad , bottom bracket , front derailleur, headset(both the original 1.5in for the Lefty, and one for a modern tapered fork.
Bad news is, it's all attached to a Med. 2014 Jekyll Carbon 1 frame. Price isn't too bad though, since the shock alone is worth what he's asking.

Jekyll was made for 5 years or so originally in the early 2000s. Then was missing from the lineup for a few years until brought back for the 2011 model year.
Yes, the 3 was third in the Jekyll line that year. The 1 and 2 had carbon frames and higher end components.
