Hi,
I picked up a 2002 (could be 2001) caad4 r400 that I’m fixing up, and the headset bearings are shot.
The headset is a “cane creek” that has a 1.75inch outer diameter (44.45mm) and the fork then a 1.125 (1-1/8, 28.575) inch tube, both on 45 degrees. The inner diameter does not need to be exact (current bearings are 29.5mm), but I cannot even find a bearing with the proper outer diameter and two 45degree faces. Any ideas?
