There is one of those for sale on my local fb marketplace. I had wondered about the year. It’s in ok condition. I don’t recall the price.

If you’re looking for a wheel or wheelset I just bought a 26” rim brake set from Velo Mine for $150. Fast shipping. They have several on sale right now. I did see 26” disc wheels. Assembled in MN. Decent components. @Trav1s recommended VM.

I have a new pair of 32 hole single eyelet Syncros disc rims in the attic. They are white, which might fit in with the graphics on the bike. Not sure when I will be coming your way. I could easily get them to Geneseo, which wouldn't be much farther if you were visiting Wright's.

Turns out the local coop had a pair of designer wheels that fit perfectly. Didn't even have to adjust the brakes or gears. Bladed straight pull spokes, etc. Turns out the rear disc was bent so that got replaced. Had a Quandex disc (walmart brand). I guess Cannondale was cutting costs on the lower models. Gave it a quick wipe down and partial polish. The paint is scuffed in places. Still need to replace the torn Magna seat.

I'm jealous, first because you have a bike coop, second that they had a set of what looks like either Mavic Cross Trail or CrossMax.. Life is unfair!
