Sorry to hear that you've joined those of us in the stolen Cannondale club. Hope you can find another one in Mean Green but it might be tough. I think that color was only used in 1999 and only on the F500, SV400, and MT2000 (tandem) MTBs. Tropic Green was available on several MTB models that year.
