F500 dropout eyelet not accessible

I want to install a rack on my F500. On the drive side, the dropout eyelet ist half covered by the derailleur hanger (black). Anybody got a clue how to align the hole with the eyelet again?

Try this; remove the wheel, loosen (don't remove) the 2 silver screws that hold the hanger, adjust the hanger to line up rack holes and install rack screw, then tighten all three and reinstall the wheel.
