Hello everyone!
I am new in this community, but not new with Cannondale bikes! My Cannondale story is this: In 1998 I bought a new Tandem MT1000. Awonder of a bike! Both my children grew up with this bike. At the same time I had an italian vintage road bike. In 2007 I got my self a Rush Carbon Team, and this bike I had until 2018 when I sold it. So - I started running. But inside I longed for new bicycle stories to make. I looked out for a vintage Cannondale road bike for a couple of years until this winter when I got my hands on a 1998 CAAD3 road bike in absolutely spotless and mint condition. I will post some pictures in the gallery soon! I think it is a R1000, but I dont really know. Its difficult to find a similar bike online. Maybe someone can help me? The framenumber tells me that it is a 1998 model. Original it was equipped with full Dura Ace, now it has a Ultegra from 2010.
