Built in USA, and..?

Hey everyone,

I'm considering buying this bike but the seller doesn't really know what she's selling,
is a communication disaster and can't help me..
I hope this community can!

I ran through all the catalogues but don't find it. The one that, in my eyes, comes closest is the T700 but that's not the one.

All I can see - being the total newbie I am to bikes - it is built in the US.
On the steering handle I see 'Pro Light', 'Prima 220' and '3ttt'.

Someone who can steer me in the right direction?

It's hard to tell from the photos but I think it might be a 1995 R800. None of the components look to be original with the possible exception of the brake calipers. Looks to have Campagnolo 9 or 10 speed parts which if in decent condition would be worth the asking price on their own.
