2004 Cyclocross disc

I’m hesitant to post this one since I’m hoping it fits my wife. Don’t want to jinx myself before I look at it in a couple days. But heck with it. It’s really nice. It does have a MTB cassette and rear derailleur installed.

Unfortunately my wife doesn’t share my enthusiasm for vintage Cannondale’s. Or riding a bike in general. She asked “What’s the difference between it and her MTB?” I stuttered as I tried to find the words that wanted to burst forth in a rapid torrent. I only uttered “a lot.”

I‘m generally not fond of red. But this I like. Wish me luck…

Looks like it's in decent shape. Love the color too. No worries on me snapping it up, unless it was pretty much local and in my size. At just a touch under 6 ft. I tend to look for the larger sized frames.

Oh, man! Good-looking bike.

I've been toying with the idea of a cyclocross bike. I probably should just get a cheap older MTB for noodling around the neighborhood and such. The R600 is still on the trainer, still getting used 4-5 times a week.

Getting stronger is a slow process....
