1999 CAAD4 Aero with no model? Did they sell frames

I picked up this 99 aero. Per the serial it’s a late 99, I can’t find any pictures of this color combination in the 99 or 00 catalog.

Did cannondale sell framesets? There is no model number on the top tube.

Bike has Dura Ace components, 650 wheels. So definitely a multisport.

Only one I can find limit is on eBay, but is the same bike.

It is possible that this is a warranty replacement frame. They typically do not have model numbers on them, nor do the color combinations often match those for the model years. Yours could be a color combination that was European only and Cannondale used that frame for a warranty replacement.
Unfortunately, serial numbers aren't 100% accurate when determining model and year on Cannondale bikes. My 2001 Jekyll 2000 has a serial number from 1999 and is also has a darker shade of yellow/orange than the other two I have seen with the same color combination from that year. They also have serial numbers that are from late 2000.
