Hi , have a look on sidewall of tyre , I’m sure you’ll find it’s 700 x 23c or 700 x 28c which is 28 inch

Bottom bearing looked like it was moving a lot as the coating was worn off mainly on one section

I was to believe 700c is 28 inch . F700 can just about run 28mm Front and 35mm rear . Also I thought 29 was just 28’s with fatter tyres

Well that’s answered that then !! When I removed the calliper to do pads I made sure the washers weren’t mixed up
