The photo of the canopy of trees over the super smooth looking pavement has great appeal to me. We don't lack for low traffic roads where I live but smooth pavement, shade and shelter from the wind can be hard to come by.

I have not seen one of those posts so can't help but the strips of roller bearings do sound similar to a Headshok. Bikewagon has had lots of Cannondale parts listed on eBay including Headshok bearings.

I am jealous. They look great.

Is the rear hub 130 or 135 mm?

Can you drop it at your friend's shop? I'm too busy on the farm this time of year, but my friend in Coal Valley could pick it up some time.
