The forks in the photo are a pretty close match. I've seen more variance in separate mixes of the same code. If the Fatty is original, the repainted fork looks just a bit lighter to me. I think the other two blues you posted look lighter than the 5017.

The RAL 5017 looks pretty close to my eye.

I don't believe it's a Cannondale. I've never seen a Cannondale that had weld beads left showing.
