All original 1987 SM500 in blue. Purchased this as a frame/forks and cranks only. Purchased a 2nd 87 SM500 with stripped paint for the brakes, front and rear dérailleur, shifter, bars and stem. The only non original parts are the rims which came of a 1988 frame. Which are Araya with new decals...

2007 Chase 3 Size M. Have owned this since 2008. "R" SN, made in '06. There is a ding on the no drive side. I tried to show photos the best. The tube is still straight. I think it can be pressed out. I have not tried. I put the 88 decals on it. Can be taken off. :)...

The parts are original except the rims. The only 26/24 in '87 was the SM800. Its full the non drive side decal is perfect. It was probably built on a Friday. The saddle I have patched the rips and tears. I will try a leather repaint and see how it comes out. The surface is not perfect as the...
