They are. Luckily I managed to grab a NOS black Onza Mongo II for it a few years back. It's actually a pretty neat looking headset.

It is actually an earlier build date than I remember. EG, so July of 1993. There is also some other code on one of the seatstays. I have no idea what that one is about.

It is difficult to tell. I do know that were blue versions of it in that era though. I have this little oddball. The best I can tell from my serial number is that mine is a 1993. Which is a little strange, because to me it looks to be Cobalt Blue metallic, which is a 1994 color. Another little...
