This one is for my daughter It was from ebay. I just learned the fact that the small frames received the Killer V treatment. I think it makes the bike unique. Then again I’m a bike nerd.

The saddle and wheels were what I have on hand that I put on immediately after unboxing. I was thrilled to discover that it fits my daughter. Not sure about the 170 mm crank arm length yet.

The disassembly has begun. The drive side crank fixing bolt was extremely tight. I found out why. As I attempted to install a Park Tool crank arm removal tool the drive side crank assembly just fell off the spindle. No worries. It was getting replaced.

As a side note; saddle searching for a young girl is more frustrating than finding a small frame MTB.

My internet searches often land me at the top tier of any product. But the Ergon brand is the only brand that has a website that has a “tool” for saddle selection. I‘ll have to make adjustments to my search. The SMS women saddle reads like the perfect fit but at $95 it is high for the intended use.

Ergon Saddles are way too pricey for a young girl. However, you can use their tool to find the correct size you will need for her, then use that information to shop for other more affordable brands

Exactly what I did. I ordered a Rockbros from Amazon for $18. If it works, I’ll order a 2nd one.
