Hi, i am servicing a few old Leftys and Fattys and i desperately need a seal kit for an old Fatty50 with a piston diameter of 5/8“ or 15,9mm (HD103), according to the 2000 service manual. Looked everywere but only found some Japanese sites that Seen to have this kit. I just serviced a „normal“ 1/2“ Ultra70 and.the seal kit was available, even servicing the needle bearings was not too complicated…
Cheers from Germany

Those kits from Cannondale were discontinued long ago. Everything in the kit is an off the shelf part though. In this diagram, the number for the air piston ring for example is #115. That refers to a AS568 standard o-ring "dash number" -115, which is available from any hardware store or industrial supply here in the US, not sure if thats an international standard, being SAE. I get them here: https://www.mcmaster.com/o-rings/oil-resistant-buna-n-o-rings-8/

The U-cup seals are also standard. For example, this is the seal I use for the 1/2 inch shaft Headshoks:
https://www.mcmaster.com/u-cup-seals/buna-n-u-cup-seals/for-rod-diameter~1-2/seal-width~0-125/. I'm not sure which 7/8 ID seal you need, but you can measure it once removed.
