Looking for 90's era quill stem bolt and cap

I'm rebuilding a '96 M200SE, and I'm in need of a quill stem bolt and the cap that goes with it, that goes into this kind of stem:

You need the long bolt that engages the wedge? The cap will be harder to locate.

I figure I can find the bolt and wedge without much of an issue, unless it's some kind of non-standard length. So yeah, it's the cap that's going to be tricky. I'll likely just have to buy an entire new quill stem for it.
