I really do not know how you can not find him in Belgium....but as we do in the EU, I would not have the trouble to buy it anywhere available

maybe I misunderstand the question .... but it's not that I have no experience with electric bikes and vintage cannondale
a few years ago I put together one for my old father...M series + 1 kWh el. rear hub and lithium batteries.

So if that money is not a problem, my advice is to look at some of the models with the latest electric motors( Bosch CX are old one)
