I am in the same problem. I think it boils down to finding a proper high-res image, convert to a vector graphic and print onto a water slide foil and stick to the crank. If you have a good laser printer, you could do it yourself, I am sure.
And there are various versions: some have a copyright sign, other have "USA" below the CODA sign.
