Carbon fork ID

A '95 R-400 wondered into my life, sporting a carbon fork. Was this an factory option on this bike or is it likely aftermarket. The fork stem (tube?) sports the following ID sticker:

As far as I know, only the R900 had a carbon fork in '95. I believe Advanced Composites did make Cannondale's early carbon forks. I'd guess that is a Cannondale fork, probably from around 1998, when 43 rake was used on all road frames. In 1995 54.5 - 60 cm frames cane with forks that had 38.1 mm rake. Smaller frames had more rake, larger had 35.1 mm rake.
