1986 bare aluminum frame 58cm

As a bare frame or a complete bike? Would need some component information to come up with a figure on the bike.
There aren't a lot of recent eBay sales of vintage road frames. Here are a couple:

Based on those I'd say it's in the $75-100 range. For geared use you're going to have to come up with a way to mount cable stops on the down tube. The originals aren't available unless you locate an old dealer that has one in the frame parts kit. I have linked an aftermarket version that can be made to work in another thread - probably in the parts wanted section.
