When I purchased the bike circa '90 or '91, it was billed as a 'T700', which would have been an 1988, but the serial number indicates frame construction in 1989. In 1990, cantilever brake studs were added, which this frame does not have. The crankset and derailleurs are original, as are the frame, fork, handlebars and seatpost.
