This is either a 1992 or 1993 Cannondale Police bike. Purpose built for Police use. Used STX drive train and Coda components. Grip shifters and bar ends stock. Cannondale rear rack also part of Police specs. Faster than it looks!

Very nice example of this early Cannondale. Bike has less than 50 miles on it.
