I got this bike new in 85 or 86. After looking through the forum, and on line, I think this is a special bike. I think its a pre-black lightening edition, but I would like to hear more from the group. It definitely never said \"black lightning\" on it. I have the original sew-ups and handle bars, so the complete original bike, I think. I think it is a SR1000. The serial number doesn't follow the notes in this forum.
