Hi Guys.
Picked the following up today but what is it?

The frame dates to 1996 but can't see it in the catelogue - so my best guess is a R300 with loads of upgrades?

It has mavic open rims. Ultegra group set.

Either way It looks awesome.

Your guess sounds likely. It can't be a 1997 model as 1996 was the last year for the 2.8 frames. If lower end, it would have come with an AL fork. The R600 and above had carbon forks. Great looking bike and Ultegra 6503 is nice stuff.
