I think the only 56 cm frame I have is a Helen's Cycles team CAAD5. The closest I have to what you want is a 1988 SR800, the first year for Ultegra. Unfortunately it's a 54 cm and not a very good restoration project as it's completely original and in very nice shape. I'll keep an eye out for a 56 cm 3.0.
